Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• Returned in original packaging when possible

• Not damaged due to misuse

Because many products are handmade, slight differences in color, texture, wood grain, resin patterns, wave details, and finishing are considered part of the handmade process and are not treated as defects.

Refunds are not available for:

• Used items

• Personalized or custom products

• Items damaged after delivery due to improper use

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed after inspection and are returned to the original payment method.
